With the aim of providing everyday low fare flight options in Saudi, Flyadeal commenced its operations on Saudi National Day, September 23, 2017, with its first flight from Jeddah to Riyadh. Flyadeal is built on an innovative model, where unbundled fares are offered along with a selection of optional features and products. The venture is part of Saudia Group's SV2020 Transformation Strategy, which aims to elevate the group's units into world-class organizations by 2020.
In 2018, Flyadeal began its collaboration with Acquaint to build brand awareness and to position the Airline as a top-of-mind smart traveling option.
We knew that addressing the young, tech-savvy Saudi audience would take more than the usual traditional messaging. So we adopted a fresh and engaging direction in our concepts, artwork, and copy. We launched two campaigns that resulted in unprecedented engagement and brand awareness among the public, and won two Dubai Lynx Awards.
